At Cotton and Trends, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality sleepwear products. However, we understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. That is why we offer an exchange policy for any item that is defective or not as described.
Our exchange policy is as follows:
- Customers have 7 days from the date of shipment receival to request an exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at email@example.com or through Whatsapp at +961 70 41 21 48 and provide a detailed explanation of the issue with the product.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of delivery for the exchanged item.
- To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it in.
- The customer is required to keep the item’s package, image, or any other extras received with the product.
- In case the product received is defective, it should be kept in the same condition, and the customer is required to send us a visual proof (image or video) showing the defect to be eligible for exchange or refund. In case the item was washed, we will not be able to offer the customer a refund or exchange.
- Underwear, such as boxers and basics, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
